The aim of the project “Integration Support Path” is to facilitate the integration of unemployed newcomers who have arrived through family migration, recipients of international protection, and Roma communities living in Estonia into Estonian society.
The target group consists of unemployed individuals aged 15–74 who require support to enter and remain in the labour market.
The project’s activities promote employment and job retention by offering a diverse range of psychosocial support services tailored to the target group.
All activities and services are designed with consideration for the cultural and linguistic backgrounds of participants (services are provided in Estonian, Russian, and English).
All services are free of charge for the target group.
Main Activities
Clay Field Therapy – A form of creative therapy that helps individuals cope with trauma, stress, and anxiety. The goal is to improve emotional balance and readiness to enter the labour market.
Individual Supervision and Coaching – Psychosocial support aimed at facilitating employment and job retention, while enhancing motivation.
Family Therapy – Supports relationships between family members and helps resolve internal family conflicts. This service strengthens psychosocial well-being, provides resources, and empowers families to access the labour market.

- “Discover Your Inner Strength” – A support group for older (50+) newcomers, focusing on boosting self-confidence, coping skills, reducing loneliness, and supporting re-entry into the workforce.
- “Women’s Support on a New Path” – A support group for women, offering psychosocial support and assistance in returning to working life and social integration.
- “Caring Fathers” – A support group for fathers needing support in developing parenting skills and improving family relationships. The goal is to ensure children’s safety and support the integration of fathers and secondary caregivers into working life.
- Training for Specialists – Enhancing the awareness and skills of project staff and partners in supporting the target group. Trainings include increasing cultural awareness and teaching specific intervention methods.
